Philip Dart


Philip Dart has been a member of the Board since the mid-1970s with over half that period serving as the Chairman. He is a former President of the NSW and ACT Baptist Churches and member of the NSW Council of Churches. He and his wife Pam attend Frenchs Forest Baptist Church where he has been actively involved in leadership positions. He has also served his own denomination as a Church Consultant. Philip and Pam have four children and 12 grandchildren.

Allen Sibley

Deputy Chairman

Allen Sibley is the General Manager, People and Strategy for BaptistCare after a 20 year career in Information Technology and Telecommunications companies. Allen has a Masters of Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and is a member of Parramatta Baptist Church where he is involved in leadership of the Men’s Ministry.

Ross Bowden

Ross Bowden is an experienced senior executive in the Australian wealth management and financial services industry. He is CEO of Link Advice with the Link Group and has held senior positions with ANZ and ING. Ross is also a Board member and Treasurer of Abbotsleigh Girls’ School. Ross and his wife are active members of Christ Church St Ives and served as Chair of the Christ Church St Ives Preschool.

Elizabeth George

Elizabeth George holds a Masters of Education and degrees in Economics and Science (Psychology and Counselling). She has the Preliminary Theological Certificate from Moore College. She is currently Head of Social Science at Tara Anglican School. Previously she was a Director of New College Board (UNSW). She and her husband Tim are active members of St Phillips Auburn.

Paul Holding

Paul Holding is the former of CEO Ashfield Baptist Homes Limited and has been a Board Member and Treasurer since 2009. He is a fellow of CPA Australia and holds a leadership role at Burwood Baptist church where and his wife Robyn worship.

Alan Wright (OAM)

Alan Wright OAM was a Mayor of Concord, having also served as an Alderman. He has had an extensive career in sales management and has served on the Board since 2003. Alan and his wife Lorna have been long-term members of Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Concord and have had a very involvement in Meals on Wheels.

Domenic Valastro


Domenic joined Integricare as the CEO in March 2017 and holds a Masters Degree in Business (UTS, Sydney). After a long career in corporate marketing and retailing, he has more recently held senior roles in the not-for-profit Christian sector. He and wife Linda are active members of Menai Baptist Church and served in a number of roles in leadership and family ministry.
